* Practicing a variety of mindfulness exercises as

Living and working in our communities today can be challenging and stressful at times. As life’s pace accelerates, individuals can experience uncertainty, change, conflicts and competing demands every day.
These features of everyday life can and do impact on our mental health and emotional well-being.
Dealing with these challenges, it is important to have resources to help us stay in balance so we can respond appropriately, see the whole picture, and protect our peace of mind to help prevent burnout.
Mindfulness offers a way of accessing inner resources that can help us do this.
